Not customer protected - Horrible customer service
On Saturday March 1, 2008 I asked Big Brother Moving L.L.C. to move my sony 65” LCD rear projection from Midwest City to Oklahoma City (about 30 miles
of driving). When their truck arrived to the destination location around 3:30pm and when the back door is opened, I was terrified to see my 65” LCD projection was overturned and dropped on the truck floor. The TV screen is totally broken off and it is seriously in damage. Big Brother Moving is denied to replace the TV by the customer request. On their website, they posted “We are licensed, bonded and insured for your protection”. Wrong! they are NOT customer protected at all. Their customer service is extremely terrible, and you only know this fact after the accident occurred. They can move your precious items BUT they do not protect them good. My friends, for your own protection, stay away from Big Brother Moving L.L.C. Research and find a more reliable and professional moving company. There should be several good moving companies out there somewhere. I took a lot of pictures just right before and after they moved and broke my TV. As a customer, I am very unhappy and disappointed of their neglectful performance and horrible customer service.
