Ask around town. They have an aweful rep.

They refused to service my bike under warranty because I didn't buy it there. I only took my bike to them because it was a minor repair and they are closer to my home. I had been told of their poor additude and lack of customer servie but wanted to give them a try for myself. It was the last time I darken their doorway for anything.

Horrible

I bought a cycle at another dealer and took it to Maxeys to have a warranty service done on it (because they are closer to home and it was a minor repair) and they refused because I didn't buy it from them. I explained they couldn't afford to turn away business and they said they would do the work if I paid for it instead of the warranty. I also spent 10 minutes the time before in the accesories part of the store and was not greated by anyone till I was on my way out in disgust.

What's not to like...

I bought a brand new VTX 1300 and they not only gave me a great price but they have stood behind it at every turn. The service department rates top in my book of any I have used, car or bike. The accessories seem to be priced right along with most everyone else; everything for a bike costs bucks! :} I drive the 40+ miles from OKC to Shawnee to do business strickly with them. There is a Honda shop less tham 3 miles from me that I won't even step foot in again. Stick with Shawnee and you will be happy.
